BASIC TO INTERMEDIATE PHOTOGRAPHY COURSE (SCH102)
HIGHLIGHTS
This in-depth Basics to Intermediate Photography Course will guide students through mastering their camera functions to take their photography to the next level.
  • This course will teach students to shoot in all creative modes including manual mode confidently.
  • This course will expose students to different genres, shooting techniques and light.
  • Classes are small, minimum 4 and maximum 8 people so everyone gets attention.
  • It does not matter what brand of camera you have because the fundamentals of photography are the same so you will be quite at home.

5 x 2 hour classroom sessions
1 x 4 hour practical workshop on a location in the morning
1 x 3 hour practical workshop in the evening (dusk) in low light.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
A photographer who is stuck on shooting in auto and preset modes and wants to gain control over their camera and get more creative to take their photography to the next level. If you are thinking about a part-time or full time career in photography this would be a good place to start.
COST
R4,190 per person - includes notes and refreshments

NOTE: An additional security levey will be charged for certain venues where the practical sessions will be done and split amongst participants (between R50 - R200)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Your own DSLR Camera
All types of Digital SLRs, Bridge SLRs and Mirrorless cameras are suitable for this course - as long as you have a manual shooting mode.
You will also need a tripod and your camera manual.
